* When purchasing online, postage and packaging charges are applied at the checkout. Like all postal charges, this will depend on the size and weight of the package. Most of our products are sent to you via Royal Mail.
* We offer free packing and delivery on all orders over £30. Just insert promotion code ZOO1 at checkout. Postage will be charged at Standard rates on all orders at £30 or less.
Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after 2pm before a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.
Larger items may require a signature on receipt.
We aim to deliver all UK Standard orders in 3 - 5 working days (usually 2-3 days). We will only deliver to the address on the order so please ensure accurate entry of your details during checkout.
International delivery (outside UK)
Pease contact us first so we can give you an accurate estimate of cost and scheduled delivery time.
Once we have received your order we will pick, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible.
We will aim to do this the same day for all orders MON-FRI (excl. Bank Holidays).
